seems that a "third party" beached their security.
My SS number and/or checking account information could have been stolen it says.
Not to mention that I have not worked there in over 2 years...but what news.
And they are offering 2 years of free credit report monitoring...and ID theft Insurance...
which is NOT available in New York State. How helpful !
Just signed up for the monitoring...and now I get to worry..there has to be better ways to protect people...
and my private ID information should have been erased from the database when I left I would think.
Only comfort I guess I can take is that with my credit rating..the thieves wouldn't be able to get far.
